The school at present has a trained staff of about 70 teachers in ratio of 1.5 per class. Teachers play a very challenging role in the education of the child. We consider teachers as counselor's, as facilitators, as decision makers, as visionaries and as mediators between the parents and the children. They act as catalysts to bring parents closer to their children. We believe in empowering the teachers to play this role effectively. For the professional growth of the teachers, they are constantly attending seminars, workshops presided by eminent educationists which includes brain storming sessions,debates, panel discussions. Teachers use the teaching skills such as questioning, illustrations, stimulus variations, reinforcement etc for the involvement of student with an object to interact better with the students.
