About Our School

The institution was established in the year 1993 with a vision of giving children of Vidisha (a small district about 50 kilometers away from Bhopal) a dream education comprising of improving skills, enhancing hidden talents, building confidence, introducing academic excellence in education, career orientation and above all inculcating humbleness.

Vatsalya, the first C.B.S.E. school in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh got the affiliation from Central Board Of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.), Delhi in the year 2001. An education within the parameters of their social background, financial status and mental setup. the efforts of the Management, Staff and Parents co-operation has paid fruitful results.

Founder member and Secretary of the school Mrs. Urmil Sodhi (M.A., M.Ed., Ex-Principal Army Public School, Sagar) for shaping the school and providing guidance to achieve excellence in the field of education.

Fondly known as "Sodhi Ma'am" to Vatsalya fraternity, she holds an enviable position in the hearts of every member of Vatsalya. Humble, simple approachable with a positive attitude and expertise in her profession has crossed all hurdles with firms determination, confidence and smiling disposition. Her larger than life vision has enabled Vatsalya to attain humble heights in the educational circles.
